Meet Our Staff

Marissa Physician Assistant

Marissa is a board-certified Physician Assistant and has been in practice since 2018. Prior to joining us, she worked in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. She has a strong interest in the surgical sub-specialties and has always been drawn to cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. After first meeting Dr. Godek as a patient, and having such a wonderful experience, she was eager to become part of the team. She is passionate about beauty, wellness and helping her patients achieve their goals. She works alongside Dr. Godek in the office and serves as a first assistant in the operating room. As a PA, she plays a key role throughout your entire perioperative experience here at the Godek Center.

In addition to working with our plastic surgeons, Marissa is busy building her injectable and laser practice. She offers a wide variety of laser procedures and injectable treatments including BOTOX, Jeuveau, Dysport and facial fillers. Marissa completed the accelerated PA program at King’s College where she earned her Masters degree. She is an avid learner and a firm believer in continuing education. Outside of the office, Marissa enjoys staying active and spending time with her friends and family.

Emilee Licensed Practical Nurse

Emilee is a Licensed Practical Nurse who brings compassion and enthusiasm to the Godek Center. Emilee provides our patients with the highest level of care. She loves getting to know our patients on a personal level and walking with them through their journey at the Godek Center. Before joining the team, Emilee obtained her LPN degree locally at Ocean County College in 2016. When Emilee is not working, she enjoys spoiling her Bullmastiff, Atlas. In the summer months, you can find her by her pool or cruising with her husband, Jon, on their boat.

Ana Medical Assistant

Ana is a certified medical assistant with over 10 years of experience in various medical practices. She joined the Godek Center in October 2022 making this her first venture in the cosmetic and reconstructive surgery industry. Ana has found her niche in providing comfort and the utmost care to our patients. Outside of work, she can be found enjoying time with her family.

Morgan Medical Assistant

Morgan graduated top of her class from ACI Medical and Dental School in July 2023. She holds four certifications, including Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. She went back to school in February 2023 after being in the construction world for 15 years and has been working for Dr. Godek as a CCMA ever since. The thing she loves most about her job is connecting with our patients and seeing them progress on their journey whether that's surgical or ancillary. She loves being able to help people. Morgan has a love of all animals, she owns alpacas and pigs. On the weekends she is a tour guide at an Alpaca farm in Waretown. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and dogs.

Jacqueline Skin Care Specialist

Jacqueline joined our team at the Godek Center and Belladerma Medspa in 2017, bringing with her over five years of experience as a Master Esthetician. A graduate of the New York School of Esthetics, she is highly skilled and proficient in a broad span of skin care and non-surgical medspa treatments, including microdermabrasion, chemical peels, facials, aesthetic injectables, skin resurfacing, and more. In addition, she continually seeks to learn and master the newest, most innovative skin rejuvenation techniques and technologies as they become available and are FDA-approved.

Top priorities for Jacqueline are patient education, safety, and overall treatment experience. She aims to make sure every individual has a complete understanding of their desired procedure before proceeding, and she will happily recommend potential alternatives in the event a particular treatment or product of interest would not be the most effective option. Regardless of which skin care technique or medspa service she employs, Jacqueline is focused on maximizing patient comfort while upholding the highest standards of safety, and she always strives to develop strong, lasting relationships through trust and open communication.

Brielle Skin Care Specialist

Brielle has been a New Jersey Licensed Esthetician and part of the skin care industry over a decade, during which she has gained much knowledge and experience. Her approach is one that embraces research and is results driven, but with a soothing and relaxing touch. Because of her dedication and love for the beauty industry she has gained the credibility and loyalty of all her clients. After graduating from the Capri Institute for Esthetics, Brielle went on to learn new treatments and techniques, mastering her craft and skills. She enjoys offering patients the full spectrum of skin care and non-invasive body contouring procedures including Ultherapy^®, microneedling, CoolSculpting^®, EmSculpt^® and much more! Brielle is also extensively trained in various facials including chemical peels, Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, and more. Additionally she has worked with vast product lines from Skinceuticals^®, Dermalogica, and ZO^® Medical.

Her goal is to make her clients feel more confident and radiant in their own skin, bringing each and every one a customized treatment. She believes staying up to date with the latest and greatest skin care services is very important.

Victoria Skin Care Specialist

Vicki graduated from Stockton University with a degree in communications. Having worked in social media marketing, she decided to pursue her passion for aesthetics and completed her training at Robert Fiance Beauty School. Vicki worked at Hand and Stone before joining the esthetician team at the Godek Center and Bella Derma Med Spa.

Gina Administrative Assistant

Gina has worked in healthcare customer service for 7 years, the last two being with Dr. Godek. Gina loves greeting our patients and making them feel welcome. She is also very involved with our Alle and Aspire programs and makes sure all eligible patients are signed up to receive discounts with these programs. When not working, Gina enjoys spending time with my husband, children, and grandson.

Nicole Practice Administrator, Human Resources Director

Nicole graduated from Montclair State University with her MBA and concentration in Human Resources. Nicole has been working alongside Dr. Godek for the past 5 years. Nicole has expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, and HR strategy. She is a powerful force in the Practice and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to succeed in addition to ensuring all operations are running smoothly. Nicole is a Staten Island native with a strong love for country music. In her free time, she spends her weekends at the Jersey Shore with her twin sister, Brenda on their boat.

Eileen Billing Specialist

Eileen has over 10 years of medical billing and collections experience. She enjoys advocating for patients by being a liaison between the insurance company and the Doctor. Recently joining our practice, she is excited about being a part of our dynamic team. When not at work, Eileen enjoys being with family, and friends, and hosting dinner gatherings. She has a special place in her heart for cancer patients and enjoys being a part of fundraisers for Breast Cancer Awareness and St. Jude's Children's Hospital. She also enjoys photographing nature, painting, crafting and decorating.

Shana Patient Coordinator

Shana is a multifaceted individual blending the worlds of artistry, caregiving, and aesthetics. With a background in photography for over 10 years and a heart for helping others, she has found her niche here at The Godek Center as a Patient Coordinator. She began her photography journey in 2013, where she truly learned to capture moments that tell stories. Transitioning into healthcare, she brings a keen eye for detail and empathy to assist patients on their transformative journeys. As a proud mom to an 11-year-old boy and two French Bulldogs, she understands the importance of balance and nurturing in her personal and professional life. Her experience as a mother has instilled in her a deep sense of compassion and patience; qualities she brings to every interaction with patients. Having grown up just 15 minutes away from the vibrant energy of Manhattan, she recently made the leap to coastal living a year ago. When she's not assisting patients or behind the lens at her studio, you can find her soaking up the sun at the beach, giving back to the community, spending time with family, or cheering on her son at his soccer games.
